On the gently sloping banks of the river in the quiet valley of
Puhoi is the artisan business of Mustardmakers Ltd.
Inspired by the feeling of this unique and beautiful historic
village, Jon and Morag Standbrook, with their daughter
Simone, set out to create the same energy and uniqueness
with their range of mustards and preserves.
Herbs such as Horopito and Kawakawa, harvested from bush
and forests of New Zealand have been combined with organic
mustard and spices to give you a special New Zealand
experience.
